The image of your brand is important and that’s why we recommend that, when creating a Facebook tab with Cool Tabs, you change both the icon and the name, and you include information about the content of your tab. What happens if you omit this piece of info? In this case, the Cool Tabs’s icon will be displayed by default, as well as the generic name for our tabs or promos. Obviously, we are happy to have you remember us, but not that much ! 
We want your content to be as corporate as possible. This is why we’re going to give you a hand with customising your tabs.
How can I customise the Facebook tab’s name and icon?
1. Access your Facebook page and open all your tabs.
2. Mouse over the tab you would like to customise and click on the edit icon displayed.
3. On the drop-down menu of the edit icon choose the option: “Edit settings“.
4. On the “Edit settings” menu, you’ll be able to change the icon name on the field: “Customised tab’s name“.
5. If you click on “Change” on the previous page in order to upload a new image, the following form will display for you to upload a new icon.
When you finish this process, you’ll have customised both your name and icon. As simple as that.
Does this mean that you will no longer see any references to Cool Tabs as part of your content? Unless you use the White Label option, we will continue to be present in other icons and references. However, these won’t be as visible as your Facebook tab.
If you want to avoid any references to Cool Tabs, we suggest you go through the advantages of White Label. This option not only allows you to customise everything, but it enables you to benefit from other aspects as well. Go white!
