At Cool Tabs, we continue adding new features to make creating, customizing, and launching your campaigns faster and easier than ever. In this latest round of updates, AI takes center stage. Artificial intelligence is now part of your campaign design process, allowing you to adjust the look and feel of your campaigns without touching a single line of code.
But that’s not all. We’ve also redesigned the preview screen, expanded visual customization options, added multilingual images, introduced a new loyalty mechanic, and given you more control over your campaign links. Here’s everything you need to know.
Featured Update: Design and Customize Your Campaigns with AI
Have you ever wanted to change a button color, enlarge a title, or tweak your campaign’s appearance only to hit a CSS wall? That’s over now. Every campaign now includes AI Customization: an assistant that lets you adjust colors, fonts, sizes, alignments, borders, and the overall style of your campaign without any HTML or CSS knowledge.
It’s as simple as writing a prompt explaining what you want, and the assistant applies the changes for you.
Important: this assistant is specialized in visual appearance and design. It does not generate or edit images, translate texts, write campaign copy, or create quiz questions and answers. You’ll continue handling those tasks using the standard editing tools.
Where to Find It
You can access the assistant from your campaign’s preview screen by clicking the AI CSS Bot section in the top menu. This opens the AI customization chat window, where you can start requesting changes.
How It Works
Inside the chat, simply type what you need (for example, “make the participate button blue” or “make the title bigger and centered”). Every time the assistant responds, the preview updates automatically so you can instantly see the result. You can continue refining the design in the same conversation until you achieve the look you want.
Restore Previous Versions Anytime
Not happy with a change or want to recover a previous style? No problem. From the chat history, you can restore your campaign to the state it was in after any message. The Restore button appears on messages whose result differs from the current campaign design, and every restoration is logged in the chat, so you always have a clear record of the modifications made.
More Updates for Your Campaigns
New Campaign Preview Screen
The preview screen now features a redesigned interface built for a clearer and more comfortable editing experience. This is mainly a visual and structural update, as all previous functionalities remain available. Here’s what’s new:
- Right-side editing sidebar: editing panels are now displayed in a right sidebar, making it easier to work while viewing the preview.
- Mobile preview by default: previews now open in mobile view first, reflecting the most common participation format. You can still switch between desktop, mobile, and tablet views.
- More visible language selector: the preview language switcher is now integrated more accessibly within the viewing area.
- New top navigation bar: with clearer organization for actions and navigation: Preview, Participate, Edit, Leads, Statistics, and Share Preview.
More Customizable Colors and Text Transformations
We’ve expanded visual customization options to give you more control over forms, quizzes, and typography, without touching CSS. We’ve also reorganized the Design editor to help you find settings faster:
- New Design editor: the Design > Styles tab is now organized into three sections: Colors, Fonts, and Buttons & Elements.
- Uppercase controls: you can now choose not to automatically capitalize button text and optionally display form labels in uppercase.
- Form error colors: customize the background and text colors of validation and error messages shown to participants.
- Quiz feedback colors: define colors for correct answers, incorrect answers, and generic feedback (background and text for each).
- New CSS variables: advanced users now have more control over form fields, legal popup windows, cookie banners, consent managers, rating stars, and swipe buttons.

Text Catalog: Edit Your Campaign Copy
Some platform texts were previously fixed by default and couldn’t be modified (button texts, error messages, etc.). That changes now with the new Text Catalog, a section within your account settings that centralizes these texts and lets you edit them freely like an editable glossary.
You can customize form field names, action button labels, validation and error messages, participant notifications, and virtually any public-facing interface text. This helps reinforce your brand consistency, adapt your tone of voice to your audience, and even run A/B copy tests (for example, “I want to participate” versus “Count me in!”).
You’ll find it under Settings > Text Catalog. To learn more, check out the tutorial: how to create a text catalog.
Multilingual Images for Your Campaigns
One of the most requested features is finally here. You can now configure different images depending on the language in your multilingual campaigns. Until now, translated campaigns have always displayed the same image to every participant. Now you can adapt visuals to each language for a much more polished experience.
You can still upload a single default image for all languages or upload different images for each language using the new flag icon next to the image manager. This option is available for all configurable images within a campaign.
New Mechanic: Digital Stamp Card
The classic loyalty stamp card, now fully digital and automated. The digital stamp card allows you to digitize your loyalty program and automatically reward customers after each purchase.
Connect your sales system to Cool Tabs via API or webhook, and every valid transaction automatically adds a stamp. Once customers complete the card, they receive their reward instantly, and the card resets automatically so they can continue collecting rewards.
Key features include:
- API or webhook integration: stamps are assigned in real time without manual management.
- Fully customizable: define the number of slots, stamp design, texts, and rewards.
- Instant rewards and automatic reset: no waiting or manual validation required, and the card restarts automatically once completed.
- Integration with your user system (SSO): customers log in with their existing account, reducing friction.
It’s ideal for cafés, restaurants, retail, fashion brands, franchises, supermarkets, and e-commerce businesses. It encourages repeat purchases, increases average order value, and provides actionable customer data that you can export to your CRM or DMP. It is available, at an additional cost, in the Gold and Diamond plans.
Add UTMs to Your Campaign Embed Code
You can now add UTM parameters directly from your campaign’s embed code, without manually editing URLs or republishing campaigns. The embed block now includes a new UTM Parameters section with three fields: utm_campaign, utm_medium, and utm_source.
In the embed screen, below the size options, simply enter the value for each parameter (for example: utm_campaign=summer_promo, utm_medium=website, utm_source=blog). As you fill them in, the iframe data-src URL updates automatically in the code you’ll copy.
Why is this useful? Because it helps you differentiate traffic sources by placement. You can embed the same campaign in multiple locations (your website, a blog post, a landing page) and assign a different utm_source to each placement to identify which one converts best.
Start Taking Advantage of These Updates
With these June 2026 updates, customizing your campaigns is now faster, more flexible, and more accessible than ever, whether or not you have technical knowledge. We’ll continue working to deliver even more powerful tools — and more improvements are coming very soon.
