What do you think are the key factors to get such good results in Facebook?

Facebook has been crucial in the development of our digital strategy because it gives us the opportunity to listen carefully to our consumers and to offer them the chance to choose. It gives us a very valuable and relevant information about their tastes and preferences. We use this information to develop new products and services in order to always offer the best to them. Our consumers are a core asset in the development of new products and strategies. Our “Hero España” page on Facebook is currently followed by more than 159,000 fans.  “Hero Baby” page has more than 316,000 fans.

Could you tell us about the methods used to gain loyalty among your fans?

Our strategy is to offer them relevant, entertaining and useful contents in addition to award the support and love they show us every day. For this reason, all of our new releases are supported by different actions in our social profiles so all our fans can register and be the first ones in trying these releases for free. We want to award them and to know their opinions at first hand.

What would you highlight about your campaigns?

The key to obtain good participation and interaction results is to use an ideal combination of our own resources (for instance, newsletterto our database), the paid ones (like the support via advertising formats in Facebook, in particular the sponsored posts) and the earned ones (promote and award the recommendation made about your promotion to spread and to maximise its impact).
